What happens in the MindSonar examination?
Several people involved in MindSonar Certification training, have understandably wondered what the examination consists of.

These are the elements:

1. Test 1 – Theory Test
   This is test with multiple choice questions.A new multiple choice test is produced for each testing. MindSonar Central sends the test to the Distributor responsible. This test needs to be taken in the presence of Distributor’s personnel.
   Type of test: individual, closed books
2. Test 2 – Interpretation Test
   Candidates view a profile and answer questions about the profile(s). F.i.: Here you see two profiles of police officers for the context of ‘Taking a shooting test’. One of them has a strong fear of failure. Which one? Which combination of Meta Programs and/or value systems seems responsible for his fear? And what would you do – describe coaching techniques -if you were coaching him? This test too needs to be taken in the presence of the Distributor’s personnel or under on line supervision.
3. Document 1 – Case Study Individual Coaching
   Candidates write a case study of individual coaching with MindSonar. The coaching level must be minimally level 1 in the eclectic coaching model. The case study is evaluated by the local Distributor. MindSonar Central does spot checks on these studies.
4. Document 2 – Case Study Organization
   Candidates write a case study of an organizational development project. The project must involve at least two people and focus on an organizational problem or goal. The case study is evaluated by the local Distributor. MindSonar Central does spot checks on these studies.
5. Document 3 – WhatsApp dates
   Candidates post 3 profiles in the International MindSonar WhatsApp, together with the client’s question (what they hope the profile will give an answer to). Document 3 simply states the dates and times they have posted these profiles.
