I have over 13 years experience as a mental health nurse and have worked in specialist services such as forensic mental health, personality disorder and perinatal mental health. I am passionate about helping people understand how and why they think and feel the way they do as well as helping them bring about the change they want in their lives. I also run my own graphic design business and personally found Mindsonar helpful in helping me successfully grow my business.
